Arctic mirage of stretched & floating icebergs, Eureka Sound, Axel Heiberg Island, Nunavut. Also called superior mirage, it's caused when warm air above and cold air near the surface distort distant objects, stretching them up or inverting them. Different from an inferior or desert-type mirage.
